The Second Edition of MEISR – the Middle East Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Conference – will take place on February 5, 2012 in Abu Dhabi with the official support of the UAE Armed Forces.

MEISR will tackle core issues associated with ISR head-on by drawing on the latest insights from international and regional authorities. MEISR aims to create an unprecedented forum to enable knowledge transfer and a regional networking event for military professionals in ISR-related fields.
